How to lead through complexity

Leading through complexity can be mastered by combining cognitive strategies with body techniques. Thank you Blanka Bellak for being our speaker for our February Linkup & Learn and giving us new perspectives on the topic of navigating through complexity !

Today, many leaders believe that they and their organisations are not equipped to navigate the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous waters they are facing. Dr. Bellak will introduce two complementary approaches and practical tools that can help leaders navigate complexity with ease and mastery:

Supporting leaders in transforming their leadership into adaptive, conscious and authentic leadership and developing competences in complexity thinking, collaborative capacity and decision-making; Releasing artificially built up complexity in organisations through alignment of people, processes and governance structures.
