Workshop: Towards conscious leadership

Blanka Bellak (l) and Claudia Cordie (r)

In October's workshop "Towards conscious leadership" Blanka Bellak lead through the evening with practical excercises. The aim was to understand how our mind works and know how to overcome our behavioural programs that prevent us from achieving our goals. Blanka also provided valuable insights on the fact that leadership is foremost a personal issue and how self awareness matters. At the same time we discussed what it means to take 100% self-responsibility and how alignment to our personal inner space affects our behaviour.

A big thank you to Blanka Bella for holding this successful workshop and to the The Cambridge Institute Vienna for hosting us. We are looking forward to seeing you again on November 21st for the second workshop on leadership: "Navigating complexity".
